SHABU-SHABU
is a Japanese dish which very thinly sliced beef is cooked in a traditional hot-pot full of boiling broth.
SUKIYAKI
is a Japanese dish made of beef, vegetables, grilled tofu,
and shirataki noodles simmered in warishita sauce.
The sauce is made with soy sauce, sugar, and cooking sake.

HOW TO EAT
Once boiled, dip the meat
in the soup and you are
ready to eat.
Swish it back and forth several
times until the meat turns pink.
Then dip it in sesame or
ponzu sauce.
Put in some vegetables.
You can put udon into the
remaining broth.
Please eat it with seasoning
as you like
When you are short of soup please call the staff.

HOW TO EAT
Once the sauce is warm, add the grilled tofu, vegetables,
and the other ingredients. Then boil them up.
Take what you want to eat from the pot,
dip it in the raw egg and eat it.
